Each property is right in the middle of Breezy Point, with two spots inside the resort gates, one just a short walk from all the fun, and another on the 15th hole of the Traditional Golf Course. Each vacation rental has high-speed internet, fully stocked kitchens, linens, towels, and grills, so you’ll have all the comforts of home! We are pet friendly with a signed pet agreement.

The Loon Lodge
A private two-bedroom, one bathroom cabin is well equipped with all the conveniences of home. The primary bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and television. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the lower level has an additional twin bed w/ trundle. Forgot something? Now worries, we’ve got it! Cozy cabin with large front deck and private backyard, great for bonfires, yard games, picnics, or simply relaxing.

The Retreat
This beautifully renovated twin home has two bedrooms and two baths. The primary bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, couch, and television. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and TV. The loft has two twin beds, and the living room has a full-size futon for additional sleeping. Two bathrooms make the space comfortable for groups up to six. This vacation rental is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy your get away! Games, movies, fire pit, we have it all.

Rustic Charm
This rustic log cabin has a primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed, window air/heat unit and a ceiling fan. A beautiful 3/4 bathroom with shower, an open-air loft with two full-sized beds for additional sleeping. Need a little extra space? This cabin comes with cute little bunkhouse with an extra 3/4 bath, additional sleeping space, and a kitchenette equipped with a sink, mini fridge, and a microwave. No extra charge for the bunkhouse, but it is seasonal.

It’s the kind of place that makes afternoons last longer. This charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow is nestled on a peaceful cul-de-sac, with its backyard bordering the 15th hole of Breezy Point’s Traditional Golf Course.

Our Story Begins Here
Family Owned - Locally Operated
In 2016, we ventured into the world of vacation rentals. Our first property, affectionately named The Loon Lodge by our son obsessed with “up north culture”, marked the beginning of our journey. Those early years were a whirlwind of learning - quickly understanding what guests truly wanted was a cozy, clean space with all the modern comforts, nestled in an area with a variety activity to enjoy. And so, our reservation list grew, return guests became familiar faces, and the 5-star reviews glowed as bright as the stars at night.
But it wasn't just about business. Our cabin became a canvas for memories: weddings, family reunions, and laughter-filled getaways. People often ask us, "How do you manage it all, do you have a lot of problems?" Surprisingly, our answer is a resounding NO! With nearly a decade of service behind us, we can attest that 99.5% of our guests are wonderful and so respectful of our properties. Sure, there have been quirky and maybe uncomfortable moments, but overall, people arrive seeking fun and relaxation, leaving with hearts full of “up north” memories.
In 2021, we decided to add another chapter. We acquired half of a twin home within the gates of Breezy Point Resort. The place needed a facelift and, most importantly, a dishwasher—because who wants to handwash dishes on vacation! Guests called it their personal haven, a place to unplug, play games, golf, fish, and enjoy all the activities this area has to offer. Thus, The Retreat was born.
As the expression goes, “the third time’s the charm” which is exactly how we felt when we added a rustic log cabin to the mix, a slice of the past from the 1950s. With exposed beams, real log walls, and a stone fireplace, it oozed history. We lovingly named it Rustic Charm. A bathroom upgrade, kitchen tweaks, and yes, a dishwasher—our touches blended seamlessly with its vintage soul.
Just steps away, the adjacent bunkhouse offers even more room to spread out, complete with its own bathroom, kitchenette, extra sleeping space, and streaming TV. This air‑conditioned hideaway is perfect for teenagers or that one friend who snores a little louder than the rest. By the summer of 2024, Rustic Charm was ready to welcome its first guests.
